E-shram card Registration 2024: ESHRAM CARD is a 12 digit unique identity card of workers who are working in an unorganized sectors to extend their benefits of the social security schemes. The Ministry of Labour and Employment launched a portal on 26 August 2021 kown as e-Shram portal for creating a National Database of Unorganized Workers (NDUW) seeded with Aadhaar. Its Motive is to help low-income laborers like construction workers, street vendors, migrant workers, daily wages labours, agriculture labours and landless farmers.

This Scheme is started by the government of India, with the help of this portal central government will collect the data of all labours/workers who are working as a unorganized worker. Under this Shramik Card Yojna you can get pension after 60 years of age. After successful registration on this portal workers will receive an e-SHRAM card having an Universal Account Number (UAN) by which the benefits of the various social security schemes can be accessed.

  2. After registering, you will get an accidental insurance cover of 2 Lacs under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana Rs. 1 lakh in case of partial disability.
  3.  After attaining age of 60 Years you receive a minimum assured monthly pension of Rs.3,000/-
  4. The spouse is eligible for receive 50% monthly pension on the death of beneficiaries.

Eligibility Criteria for SHRAM CARD Registration :

  • Any worker who is work in an unorganized sector can register for eSHRAM CARD.
  • The age of the worker should be between 16 to 59 Years for Registration.
  •  He / She must be an Indian citizen.

Documents required for E-SHRAM Card 2024:

For Registration on eSHRAM portal Following documents is required by the worker
1. Valid Aadhaar Number.
2. Valid Mobile number which is linked to Aadhaar.
3. Bank Account number with IFSC Code.

Follow these Steps for self Registration on E-SHRAM Portal 2024:

  • 1. At first check your eligibility on official website of E-Shram and keep required document for registration.
  • After this you will have to go official website of eShram which is https://eshram.gov.in and click to REGISTER on e-Shram. now SELF REGISTRATION window will be open.
  •  In this window at first you will have to enter Aadhaar linked mobile number, enter valid Captcha and choose the option NO for the question of EPFO and ESIC employee and click to send OTP.
  •  After this, Enter the OTP which is you received on your mobile number then click on submit button.
  •  Now you will have to enter 12 digit Aadhaar number and accept the term and condition by clicking the check box and click on submit button. after doing this you will receive a one time password on your mobile number enter that OTP and click on validate button.
  •  After these processes a pre-filled registration form will open in front of you with the help of your Aadhar data, in which all your personal information is already filled along with your photograph, you only have to click on the check box to accept the terms and conditions, then click continue to enter other details.
  •  After this step you have to fill all your personal information like EMAIL, Marital status,Father name, Social category, Blood Group, Gender, Address, Educational Qualification, Occupation and Skills, Bank Account Details.
  •  After filling all information you will receive a summary page, click on the check box to accept the declaration and finally click on submit button.
  •  After your successful registration your shramik card will open, now if you want you can take a print out of the form or can save it as soft copy (PDF) or you can capture screen shot also.
